INTERNATIONAL QUOTES and ORDERS
For international orders, we require a minimum of a $1000 order, excluding shipping.
An End-User Statement must be completed prior to EAI submitting a quote. See attached.
EAI only ships product using customer’s Fedex, DHL or UPS account. Please provide your shipping
account information in the Shipping Information section of the form.
For international orders EAI accepts pre-paid wire transfer or credit card payment. EAI will provide
Credit Card Use Authorization or wire transfer information upon receipt of customer order, depending
on your preference.
**Please note the that a formal quote cannot be provided without the completed End-User Statement.
